do not ask ppl to prove what they said ... but you! prove yourself are not scammer, prove you pay all user.

you treat small users who generate less revenue for you, really bad
then what you expect from it? do you expect big user will stay for you?

why you do not announce that you only want works with users who can generate many premium sell for you?

about ePoints - i posted situation here and answered every user in PM. Program1 is closed for a year. This was announced before and everyone receive letters and PM`s in their cabinet.

Now we have some users, who never visited their account for a year, but now they remember about it. They call us scammers because they want to continue working on a program that was closed a year ago. Do you think it`s ok?

about users, who generate "less revenue" - we never treat anyone who generate any profit. even very very little one or almost no profit at all. All recent situation is about uploaders who dont have profit for a long time.

we`re ready to work with any uploader, who wants to earn money. and we`re ready to help.

Added after 24 minutes:

- big hard disk crash, many files lost, backups turned out to be non existing
- change from ES to Crocko, no smooth transition, reason why completely unknown
- constantly upload problems - a never ending story
- problems with stats
- PPD people are changed plans without warning. If they ask, they receive standard insulting mail ('Due to extremely poor quality of your traffic' - I would have told this different)
- PPS people receive warning they don't sell enough and have to delete files
- Admin disappears for weeks, nobody at ES to take over or at least tells us that he was on sick leave

Are you really surprised people start worry ? And are you also surprised that no ex Wupload people will come to Crocko (Wupload stopped it's affiliate problem), but they all will go to Fileserve, Filejungle etc ?

yes, unfortunately, most things you write is correct, but i want to make some comments :

- lot`s of people receive mails about plan change but never replied. We started to send mails 2-3 weeks before this changing, but receive very few answers. Unfortunately, this plan change affect good and resposible users.


- we never contact users on PPS with a message "you generate bad sales". Situation is that we have partnership with buldozer project. Lot`s of uploaders use it to upload files to ES/Crocko and move to another filehosts. We were buzy changing ES to Crocko, but after this we saw lot`s of users who never shared a single file, but have 10TB files on Crocko. As backup they say. do you think this is good? so we contact users asking to contact us and make a review of their unused files. Lot`s of uploaders say - well, ok, i`ll take a look and delete some files.

No, it's not, someone else should have taken over your job, but I suppose everyone was too busy cleaning up accounts :D

Looks to me that it's a complaint I generate "bad sales" :P

I use bulldozer by myself and love it. But I don't use it (yet - might change soon if things not become more clear) to remote to other hosts. And I definitely don't use 10 Tb disk space. But I did receive this email from "Dimitry from Greece" his gmail account... Are you surprised that I found it a bit strange that an US company (I thought, but now I realize you probably just ordered a Delaware company on the net as everyone else does) is suddenly using gmail ??????? "Dimitry" gave me a friendly reply, and the case is solved right now. But this happened just a couple of days after the clean up of the PPD accounts, so yes, I worried a bit

But you are right, it's also in uploaders interest that Crocko is a financial healthy company. I just would have done things a bit different, especially after all the technical problems you had in the past. Just read the topic of Wupload, they simply stopped their program, but many people say "thanks" to Willy for what he did in the past and promise him their support, just because they find him a nice dude.

But now back to the point. I think you are not the right man on the right place here. I asked you already 3 times a very simple question, and I'm still waiting for an answer. Really, I think you would be the perfect politician as you have an unbelievable talent to avoid questions. =) Forget about filehosting, just run for president !

The question was to have a look at my stats.

You can find all details in my previous posts, but in a nutshell

* I upload for people in group 2. All my sales come from this group. But in the last 30 days, I had only 9 (nine !!!!) downloads from group 2. Don't you think that this is a bit low ? This is less as one download per premium sale... God, I have the most profitable customers in the universe =)

* The majority of my downloads come from group 1, maybe some expats ?

* I live in group 3. If I download a file, mostly I can not trace it back. Last 30 days, 14 dowloads from group 3, I made more by myself, just don't see them

* There is a big difference in the number of dowloads in dashboard and filemanager. I suppose it should be the same

Your download stats really make no sense. Please finally have a look at them, I PM'ed my login already days ago.

If download stats sucks, what do I have to think about sales stats ?

No hard proof for this, but...

* sales went as expected, but completely stopped around 12-13 November, the days you guys had big problems with the stats. Coincidence ? I didn't stop uploading, in fact, I upload even more as before

* several people should have had a rebill, I just don't see them. Did they really all canceled their account ?

So all I ask is a couple of minutes of your time to carefully check my account. Eventually PM me back the results

Another question I asked : please make these old discount coupons invalid ! JDownloader offers everyone 35 % discount ! How can we ever compete with this ? It's easy to say we don't generate sales if you give people who never uploaded one single file such generous discounts!

I have been with Crocko almost from the start, I wanted to testify, that Crocko

Is good in:
1. giving automatic free premium accounts to partners

Bad in:
1.Controlling free user's download speed to unreasonable speed, sometimes only at 60kbps
2. Limiting download counts (some calls it cheating)
3. Do not allows you to upload if your account is "negative"
4. Convert non performing account to pay per sales with no notice. Although they insist, there is no email notification at all and they don't even reply support request.


I do not blame them, they prolly regards me as one of their negative accounts and no longer wanted me to stay.

For companies it is about profit anyways. If you are not making money for them, why should they do anything to make you stay??? They just want to piss you off and make you go away.

Anyways, thanks for all your payments. I get your hint and I am leaving along with all my affiliates.

I was making way more than this until Crocko turned my account to Pay per sales forcefully and without my consent and not letting me to change back. So good luck and enjoy while you can.

Im on PPS programm, few days ago you counted my sales, but now you didn't. You told us that rebills also counted. Or I am too quick, and statistic will update little bit later :D thanks.
 
Stttttt.... please don't disturb ES, he's already for a couple of days working on my questions ;-)

From my experience, sales/rebills show up quite immediately in your consolidated report, the money will come the next day, I wouldn't worry about it

* we count only complete downloads - if you dont finished your free download, it wont count

another thing, mentioned long time ago : we dont count premium downloads - if a person have premium and he downloaded your file - you wont see it in your stats.

stats are not realtime - this may aslo cause some problems.

And in filemanager we count everything.

As for country groups - we were checking whole stats these days - no errors with countries. I`ll check your account one more time.

we`re checking jdownloader also, there shouldn`t be such big coupons

Nope, for instance these files were downloaded on the 30th, and one day later still never downloaded in filemanager. Unless there is a delay of over 24 hours for some files of course

If you checked it out carefully you must be terrible pissed off by now. I found out what's going on. So tragic that it almost becomes funny, hundreds of nice uploaders pissed off because you use a wrong setting in your script, what a shame !

May I assume that the countries under http://www.crocko.com/make_money.html are correct ? Only UK and US are group one ?

Then go to consolidated report and move your mouse over the "group 1" link. I go uploading now for the nice people in Quatar and Saoudi Arabia I think
. At least it becomes clear why you suddenly loose money with PPD (did I just hear you say I deserve now lifetime premium ? 8-))

In fact, what you do now is paying out group one rates to group 3 countries. No wonder your accountant is panicking since Crocko started. Com'on Slovenia and Greece group one countries ????

. Just wonder what happens with downloads from the UK as they are both listed in group one and group 3 ;-(

So, if I have 1000 files, downloaded by 1 FREE USER in 24 hours, it counted as 1 Download?

and if those 1000 files downloaded by PREMIUM USER, it NOT COUNTED ?

thanks for your observation. we missed that error with countries in consolidated report. of cource it`s just content error - dont think we count UK as group 1 AND group 3 country at the same time!

thanks also for that coupon - i checked it stats - well, i dont think it have big impact on someones sales, since this coupon has very few usages per week.
