if they don't accept Duckload then they never will - I told Duckload on DP a couples of weeks back that they wont accept
you can already embed. go to the download link, click watch video, go through ads til you see Flash player. in the player interface is a button for embeded code...very bad process right now but you cant make money yet embedding anyways.

I think he mean informations about geting paid for embedded files, sadly we don't get any new informations at this, we just working on it and hope to release it as fast as possible.

Also, why not counted my download?
As Freeuser you need the /play link to stream a video. We only count 1 download per ip within 24 hours that should be the reason for that.

in file manager at bottom make sure you are visiting the */play/* link!
_if_ the file format is supported, i believe it should automatically be able to stream through DivX as premium member.
if not then click the gear icon on the right side of the file you want to watch, and select "Convert". This will convert it to x264/AAC MP4 at 360p resolution and should stream through flash for non registered visitors.
Sidenote to Duckload :
Mass selecting files and clicking to 'convert all selected' does not work. Nothing gets added to queue
