When we active only completed downloads show at report, your downloads will not show because it's not counting.
No, there is completed download, but your download mark as NOT_PPD because your plan PPS.
So you will not get money for your downloads, anything not paid downloads include under not counting downloads.

I managed to remote upload a file a few hours ago but after that, can't DL a thing.
