We don't active referrals earning system that's why earning 0

I have 56 referrals and 20 referrals every day upload files and sharing this files but my earnings with referrals = 0 why?, please get me an asnwer.

because there is a lot of users use many account to get more money from it and we don't interested to active again.
We move some files from s02 to another server to make it faster, that's why now this server slow.
