why you disable the 2 download x IP?

In true 1 IP x download the earnings of the uploaders is less and poor
not understand because this change.

I like how the file manager looks like and that you can export links from the folder.
FTP as it works I like it also allows me to verify if the upload was uploaded correctly.
Nice job.

And what I ask another user have changed the 2 downloads by IP?
