No one can completely ignore DMCA, are you serious or what? If DropAPK ignored DMCA all the time, its website would be offline within a short time.

As we say at previous commants we work at new rates, it's not final rates .. we will update until end of June and make best rates for all uploaders and site.
We update rates today and will see new result.

You are correct, the difference DMCA Ignored and not Ignored that's we keep all files online until the owner filed a lawsuit against you.
When this done you down file to safe your self and this way make your files online very long time.

I am new to PPD. Can somebody please explain - "We counted 2 Downloads for unique IP per 24 hours.". What does that mean? e.g. if I upload 100 files and someone downloads all the 100 files from 1 ip, how many downloads will get counted 1 or 100?

Mean that only count 2 Download of 100 files ( of 1 IP = 1 PC (personal computer)
If the user download 100 files only count 2 Download and 98 NO COUNT.
Example;
You upload a video game of 100 parts
else 1 user want download all 100 parts
Only count 2 Download and 98 NO COUNT.
