If you want to sell premiums increase their prices and say goodbye to small files uploaders. They don't sell premiums. Their files are included in some other premium download programs, anyway.

If you want to introduce Premium and are DMCA ignored, I wish you good luck. The copyright companies will do a lot to block your payment gateways and try to find out who you are. Premium makes you the most vulnerable, don't forget that.
Big sites like Fileserve, Bitshare and what do I know have been taken off the net because of PPS. Think about it twice.

you're going about it the wrong way....
if you split it into 100Kb-500Mb / 500Mb - 2Gb / +2Gb ..... nothing will change for DropApk in terms of revenues and sales.
You'll have a much higher success rate with 100Kb-100Mb / 100Mb-500Mb / +500Mb

We have unlimited storage for premium accounts.
We Ignored DMCA from all, only serious report we deal with it

Tier D: only 0.5$ for 1024-* MB
I know, this rates it's under test .. will see result after 24h and make some changes.

We can Allow Premium Only files
but best to use your account to limit free users download files bigger than 1 MB.
About speed we can down speed only for PPS Plan. for example: we can make speed for PPD 1MB and PPS 100KB

I believe this is no easy job to have file hosting, I see you struggling to offer something without losing it profit and do not cheat customers,I appreciate it...there are some hosting that just disappear from wjunction because they want to make money fast with great profit

I appreciate your words,we really do our best to keep your trust.
I don't lying when I told you that's we lose at this rates, earning not cover uploaders payment .. we paid all servers and add more to pay uploaders payment at time from our budget.
But we still here and paid at time with our losing, because we believe that's some day will get some good earning to improve our site and paid more to uploaders.
I hope we can up rate more , we will be happy when do that .. but sometime we can't.

We have all these options, but when site work as PPS active this options.
Anyway we now done from new file host for PPS as main Plan, and we will connect PPD with PPS as both with one plan, so you can earn from PPS and PPD at same time.
Just waiting design done and we will announce it.
