18 DLs, 0 counts. edit: 37 DLs, 4 counts.
It never happened before on DApk and never happens on other sites. A bug or what?

The Admin told me if an user has already DLed a file from ANOTHER uploader, they'll appear as "max_24_reached" on YOUR files.
To hell with "2 IP per 24 hours"!

I tell the truth, we do not cheat.

All file host do that, we count Max Per 24h using IP Address for all downloads, not for every user alone.

That's how system work.

From start until now this way we and all work nothing change!
