In this month you down the rates and in this year also down to 1 IP x 24 hours in Download, (Before was 2 IP x 24 in Downloads)
I Live in a country of tier 4 and for matter how hard I try to earn more with those rates it is very difficult, before can withdraw my money in 1 month of 5 to 6 usd ( for month), but today with this rates to 1 usd x 1000 hits and only count 1 IP x 24 Hours in true is very difficult.
Think that the most logical is that you If DOWN RATES allow to count 2 downloads X IP in 24 hours
and not as Today 1 DOWNLOAD X IP.
In true I really think it's the most fair.

That means of payment has high commissions per shipment, if you ask for 5 the same you get 2.
I think it is a good minimum for that method it would be good if they put in another $ 10 as instant ripple and with very low commission.
