How many IP do you count per downloads

When request PayPal. How long is the wait time to get in the account.

We count 3 downloads for same IP address at 24h.

About PayPal request, we send payment from 48h to 10 days .. but always less than this time.

I have a DApk acc but never used it.
Time to upload something.
3 DLs per IP sounds good esp if there are leechers from lower tier countries.
