A little suggestion:
Can you add a change color effect when hovering over a particular file so that we are sure we've copy-pasted the right link?
Say, you want to select file#6 in a list. And when you move the pointer (mouse) to that file, the color changes to light blue/green whatever.
BTW where are we gonna see the detailed reports page?

You can click to downloads number at report page to see details.

Does your IP change every time? if yes that's reason for your problem .. because system generated link to download direct to your IP only.
if IP change after generate it will not allow it to download.
anyway, there is 4 ways to allow download:
1- Exact downloader IP
2- 111.222.333.*** (if change last value alone will allow you download)
3- 111.222.***.*** (if change last two value will allow you download)
4- All IP's (and this we can't active it, because we can't count correct downloads if active it, also spammers can use it to load our servers )
We active now option 3 so if your IP change totally that's problem happened with you.

Download direct?! Can't people just generate a link no matter if their IP changes every 3 hours?
For the record, I was grabbing a few files via IDM. And resumed some after only 5 hours and despite the fact I had the same IP, I had to refresh the link.
The link was supposed to expire after 8 hours, if I remember well.
