To make it clear there is no problem in USDT aside from they payment for sep 23 which they marked paid but not received. All new payouts are getting paid.

LTC on the other hand are still pending.

No, my new payment from 09/24 is still pending, and the payment requested before that on 09/22 is marked as PAID but not sent to my USDT wallet.
And no one here gets a response from support as far as I understand.

indeed I was really worried and even being a little negative but, I am so wrong... from now on I will fully trust them. Only few host do these kind of honesty. My respect to them greatly increased.
