First i have 65$ in my account
3 days later i have 23 $ in my account ....
I have 15 referrals and 14 days later i have 0 referrals
i maill them and the replay thats everything is solved....
lol
now i have 30$ in my account and still 0 referrals

Are you sure they didn't just "audit" all the CTRs and removed the invalid ones? it happens.

That's why, let's say, the monthly report could be $100.00 USD, but by the time it's checked it could be lowered to $60.00 USD.

dude its not looking like scam, may be some problem, smowtion.com is good site, never heard scam, they did not said that u did not got 65$, they said some error.
as they will fix, so you can trust them,
my opinion is to call them other than opening ticket.
