domain registrar for blogspot

hello!

i want to register a com domain for my blogspot. Simple question - where to do this?
i spent about a week to find a rigistrar but without result. When i finally choosen a registrar (arvixe) they want me to scan my ID.

Where i can register domain for porn, hosted on blogspot (so totally legal) without sending my ID scan and with anonymous payment like PSC.

it only looks good but when u check details u reveal that "The paysafecard can only be used if you have previous payments with credit card" so fu... stupid!
