Does Windows server saves IP?

i have a question regarding privacy and anonymity.

Does Windows server (2019) saves your (client) IP adress when you connect to it using RDP (Remote Desktop)?

if yes, where?
can it be disabled or removed?

It may be worth checking if ccleaner clears the logs so its easier to do regularly.
