Do this kind of websites still work?

[Mareshal]

I was talking a few minutes ago with a friend who wants to open some sites like this one

http://www.wpsubscribers.com/
http://videolessonoffer.com/
http://www.illusionmage.com/

(I do not own the websites, I do not want to sell anything)

And because I was laughing at him about his idea, I want your opinion.

Do this kind of websites worth a shot? Maybe I can stop him wasting $200 on 20 domains

i hate those websites... but many people are selling ebooks this way... and i think that it works. but i haven't tryed it myself yet... i think that you just have to post them on many sites to get some buyers... because it should be hard to rank in google well with only 1 page i think. only with google ads maybe. or with a long domain or something like that...

yeah they work, but you gotta have $$$ to advertise it, best way is to ask for related forums admins to sell theyr members emails, or buy advertising email from them.
