Scrapebox is used for different thing - it spams blogs with comments in order to get backlinks from them.
If you want to check only your rankings for keyword then i suggest http://www.traffictravis.com/ - it's great free tool. ( http://www.link-assistant.com/ is even better, but i can't find newest version cracked, and old ones doesn't work anymore since google changed their site layouts. )

i tried traffic travis , really great , but lost my hope to rank on google after use it . It shows my webpage really bad about ranking when the keyword is make money online etc . As you preferred , i need to work so much , i do not know what to do , where to start , really confused so much , scrapebox looks like black hat seo trick , so maybe google ban my webpage if i try this way , am i right ?

i read that h1 tags so important for seo . I changed it , my alexa rank dropped from 5 millon to 3 million , good step
