DMCA friendly DNS provider

currently i using cloudflare but if cloudflare receive any dmca notice about my domain, they send a copy of email to hosting provider and one copy to me. i am happy to remove dmca complaint page but my hosting reacts about dmca strictly. normally they ask to remove the domain from server. is there any dns provider similar to cloudflare but send DMCA email to me instead of server provider.

also someone were selling proxy ip reverse or something to avoid getting dmca email to hosting provider. i don't know about if anyone knows please help me.

uhm, you should get a dmca ignored server, like in russia, then you dont care about cloudflare dns. Then set up a reverse proxy on it behind OVH Canada/France or simlear.
