Directadmin- Apache is functionin​g normally

hello.
after finish the install of directadmin.
i get this message on the main page:
Apache is functionin​g normally
why do i get this message?
i want to see my website work on the ip and on the domain.
so why i dont get the Default page of directadmin to upload my website.
i am the root of the server.
after the install i got admin username and password to login to directadmin.
but how do i login to the ftp to chance the main website?
i want to put new index page to my server.

Have you created a new user/reseller under which you will create the account for the domain you want to have your website under ?

As ab1ko says, you probably have not created a user yet. After that you can visit the primary domain of that user through: http://ip/~user
