I dont think there are any, they are not as popular as cpanel (in my opinion)
just get it from http://www.directadmin.com/pricing.html its about the same price as cpanel anyways.
If not i also believe that if you have 1 domain u can use DA for free.

Directadmin does not allow reselling of licences.You will have to buy it directly from them or your web host/datacentre.

Im going to purchase a WorldStream server and decided to use Direct Admin rather than paying for cPanel every month.

WordStream charge, Direct Admin unlimited domains, lifetime license (including installation) € 69.00 once

I dont need WordStream to do the installation so I too would be interested if there is an alternative provider (for the license).

To be honest those prices for DA are a rip off, DA is Sh*T seriously get cPanel/WHM for $14 per month.

If you need a vps license then you will need to get it from your webhost or datacentre.Directadmin vps licence costs around $7.

you can pay monthly for DA @ WS too. Just send an email to them, they install it for free.

Its better to get DA Licenses from your web host itself rather than going with any other reseller..
