Sales is very quick to reply when you are making inquiries, after you make the purchase no reply from them.... Poor Customer Service

Everything was in chat all the way to purchase. I have been sending direct messages on site with no reply "....CHAT STATUS ONLINE..." .. The sales rep had told me it would take 30min to 4 hours to set up the account. Now its been almost 24hrs...
