I think their support is just non-existent now. I use their fork vipr.im and there my status is showing paid for a week but nothing received as yet. Though I have been paid from Twist. Don't know if it's technical or intentional.
Support seems to have gone into a hybernation. I have paid my invoice 6 days ago and it is still not paid and I am getting overdue notice!! Ticket Id : 178430
10 Gbps RDP is down for several hours. Please fix.
