I'd rather use different hosting, or at least 3 of those. Sometimes there are issues and downloaders can't access one of the file hosting, or you might want free downloaders to have an easier time.
That's how I do it, since I prioritize my files being DL'ed and free accounts from file hosting benefits more when they are downloaded more frequently to avoid deletion due to inactivity. Others might have different ways or methods. I currently only use 2 file hosts, and am getting a good conversion as well as frequent visitors since I offer them easier time on downloads.
I've seen some do a "premium-only link" and "many part links" for the same file. Either free users wait for cooldown in-between-downloads, or some purchase premium to avoid such.
Others only offer some of their unique/rare stuffs on premium only download links.
