What date did you order the payment? Please make a screenshot of your Depositfiles account. Where you can see when you ordered money and when received.
Sorry, but only you speak about the received money. No one else but you got it. Thank.

I requsted it on the first day and delete some popular files (keep only some old ones) during the waiting preiod.
There is no use for the screenshot of my Depositfiles account because the most of the payment information resets "Zero".

I also requested on the first day, 2018, Nov 1, no pay yet but I have BTC not WMZ.
I never deleted any of my files, some may have expired, but still hundreds on there.
