I decided to check my guess and wrote to the DF support service: I promised them that if they paid me all the debt, I would write about their honesty in all forums. And ... they paid me today (although, according to their rules, I had to be at the end of the queue for pay, since I deleted all my files back in October 2018). So guys make a conclusion yourself
