Is paying in requests order ,so oldest requests are paid first . My payout requested on 18.09.2016 will be paid Monday (talked with DF support via Skype)
 
They are trusted and who is telling they would plan to run is an idiot.
Sure, you'll never can be sure about almost any host but they are too long existing and btw too clever to give up their reputation like this.

same situation as me, it is the second payment request after the 1 month delay problem, I believe they are going to finish all the delayed payments in the first place and then return to normal process so it might take a little while again to receive payments!
