No respectable file host will have conditions like that (high premium cost, shitty daily bandwidth, no deletion) unless they aim to profit off a very niche market (hint: CP). Most non-CP hosts cater to a broader market and people rarely put up with BS conditions like file.al/depfile/filejoker/novafile/filefox, et al

Speculation rests on something not being common knowledge; it's conjecture.

File.al being the center of CP, however, is common knowledge. It's known. It's where everyone goes to share/upload/download CP. Not accepting that is on par with willfully ignoring it, really. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out; a bit of domain research is all it takes.
