Dediseedbox problem?

Is anyone using Dediseedbox? My box as well as their site is not working for me.

Dediseed

I have a dediseedbox for 1.5 month, the seedbox and clientpage are often down on my lan connection, if i access it with my android tethering i can access the box and clientbox, i send them already a couple of tickets about the problem and it got fixed for two times now but it is already down again, i am satisfied when it is working (i saw yesterday 85 MB/sec on my 20 euro account)and my favorite torrentsites can connect but it seems that the provider is bullying.
