i have a windows webserver dedicated....i wanna turn it to web hosting server . i cant install the cpanel because the windows...so it gonna work if i use the cpanel from another service provider????

Cpanel is only for Linux. Some panel for Windows as: Plesk, Hosting Controller.
Or you can try use websitepanel. it's free.

Dear Sir,

If you want to use it only for one site, and not hosting business , why don't you use appserv, xampp, wamp, etc...

since its a gui based OS the configuration will be very easy.

if you want to start hosting business on Windows server you can try Enkompass aka cPanel for windows.
