Fast connection and fast HDD for archiving and unrar (1 GB unmetered - 50 TB traffic are ok -at least 2 TB HDD if possible hardware raid?).
Location doesnt matter. OS = WINDOWS ! ATM Im paying 50 USD - unfortunally the HDDs are very slow.

i vouch for Host DZire, you cannot find offer cheaper/better than Host DZire's (y) network = great, servers = great, support = great! I know because i rent the same server (y)
