Dedi error message

after conecting my OVH manager on one of my servers I have this error message "Processor type is set twice in profile" ...


I dont has "played" with the setings or changed anything.Can any1 explain and guide me hove to solve this.

Im runing ubuntu 12.4 and Im using it as remote desktop via X2GO

doesn't seem like a problem with your server, but with the ovh panel.
do you have called them (or opened up a ticket?)

ticket opened but they dont respond,thread added to the kimsufi support forum,same no response...

if it's kimsufi: This can take a lot of time - the downside, if you buy cheap systems
give them at least a week to answer. (at soyoustart they need at least a week, only directly at ovh they only take around 1 day)
