As the current situation describes, our traffic has increased by 400% compared to 2 months ago. Due to activated Pay-Per-Download it will be more difficult for us to offer high download speeds up to 2mbps. At the moment they vary between server to server from 200kbps up to a maximum of 1mbps. We will also take a closer look at this in september and add more servers.

that problem with ddl is solved! (thanks DDL) you need to close your mouth when you know nothing!
i just tell my opinion and i have that right to tell it. if you are from kids company (underground private) you better care about your customers and don't delete accounts just because of asking simple question.
the only troll here is you...

Good day admin

All days my visitors of my post write me that change you host, DDL only download to 100 kbps and with IDM 112 kbps
in true you speed is for plan PPS, and not PPD, I change for you service and today think that do bad.

Every day lost more and more visitors for you slow speed.

please up the speed of the host this is PPS and not PPD.
 
Dear thespacerouge, you are from latin americas area, i assume. It depends on the internet routing, thats how fast your internet provider can receive data and how fast theserver is able to send under that conditions, how well is your network quality, etc... If the network quality is bad, the servers will not able to send so much data at once, because the network keep getting out etc for example.

Poor internet providers has most troubles and doesn't expand their internet infrastructure, because it is much costly otherwhise. Therefore it is out of our control / not in our control.

No my friend in latin america also have excellent ISP i have Movistar
yesterday change my plan to of 30 mb to 300 mbps (FTTH Fiber To The Home) and look:

As you see in the image the speed is OK
try with uploadbank, google drive, mega, mediafire and my speed download are good
the ranges run between 25 to 38 mbps as in the image
but you limit this speed and this is the true.
For the next week if the slow speed it keeps I change the service for other more fast.
