DataLife Engine config.php problem

I have a problem with installing DataLife Engine.(In my second web page)

At the first web page I installed DLE without problems.

When I try to install it (same DLE template) on my second page (Web sites are not on the same server) installation goes smoothly but when I wanted to go to the main page shows the following error:"""" Install script automatically locked --
Attention, the server detected already installed copy of DataLife Engine. If you want to install the script again, you must manually delete file /engine/data/config.php, using FTP protocol. """"

I deleted the config.php (via FileZilla) and run again the install but config.php appears again in Filezilla and everything is the same.

I changed a couple nulled scripts (templates) but each leads to the same mistakes.

Can someone help me to solve this problem???

is it license version?
If yes, some code is pinging to their server to check the no of times DLE got installed with that particular license.

edit your config file with new database details, database user-name and password.
btw, u mean web page by website?

I'm going to change the database name and user,,,so we'll see
