Why can't I swap from 50/50 plan to ppd? It switches back automatically...
I had that same issue when I signed up-
After modifying my Payment Preference and 50/50 to PPD in Profile/Partner Settings, it sent me an email I had to click to confirm my new settings. After clicking the email and confirming, I noticed that PPD reverted back to 50/50, however, after I tried changing it once more, this time it stayed on PPD. If you're not getting the confirmation email, maybe try changing your payment preference (change it back afterwards) so it sends you the email confirming your changes in the merchant data. I'm guessing you need to confirm via email before it lets you change anything else.
