Maybe a reason why sales are low:

Payment failed. Transaction declined.

That's what a friend of mine told me and I tested it myself. Always Payment failed.

I've also noticed low sales from a few days, I'm getting only rebills.
Some users reporting they can't buy premium with cards and getting same message as you.
One of them just sent me this screenshot:

It's running fine for me. I uploaded around 13 gigs in the past 12 hours with no problems, with another 7 gigs uploading now.

All hosts have problems with CC transactions. People complain about K2S constantly. As been mentioned before, a lot of it has to do with CC clamping down on fraud. So contact them directly and provide them with whatever info they need to allow the transaction to go through.

What would be nice is for Datafile, or any host, to allow members to purchase new accounts with our earnings and then sell those accounts to people who want to buy them via PP, webmoney or whatever method they chose. It would be a buyer/seller beware situation, of course. But it would still be a hell of a lot better and cheaper than resellers.

I guess it's a bug. anyway solution below,

go to Files -> Trash (http://www.datafile.com/files/trash.html) -> click Clear Trash

I've noticed the same bug the past few days.
New FTP uploads are each going into a newly created folder. Annoying, but not really a big deal.
