When is payout for datalife usually done?
Their service is very unstable, i've noticed a lot of gateway timeout and also files go missing randomly
Like for instance one of my subscribers found 3 files that were broken, but when i look in my file manager the files are there! If i click the file i get to a 404 page. So i copy the file and use that link instead and it works!! wtf? (there was no DMCA on the files)

It's just annoying if you run an website and you want to work reliable.
Visitors really dont have an good impression about both

yeah, i noticed that too. Good idea to copy (if it's working this way :P) as i did reupload in such cases

A filehost which can not even make its website run normally after so many weeks is not very professional in my opinion.
They always pay on time and this is their big advantage.
But this problem with the website not working normally for so long period is making both uploaders and downloaders not to trust datafile and even leave it in many case.
I am wondering why they can not fix this problem after so many weeks. They are killing their own business.
About the broken files that dont have DMCa, guys.
I have found this problem too the last month. If you try to download after some minutes, then file will be downloaded. I mean it is something temporary.
But i doubt if a downloader will wait for ever if he sees this problem with many files.He will see the message that files is deleted and he wont be back to download it again since he can not know it is a temporary issue for some files.
Datafile could be a top filehost if it had solved some basic issues. But for some reason, they dont solve them. Or they can not solve them.

They just deducted the refunds from our balance.
Sometimes they take it 1x sometimes 2x in a month.
So you can calm down.
Yes it should ,but it usually doesnt appear there(at least for me).They just deduct the refunds without displaying anything in the refunds coloumn.The refunds should appear in stats like this:
So dont tell me to calm down.......this is just cheap shaving .....no refunds appeared in stats!

I have 8 refunds for this months in my stats,but over 200$ was refunded,do the math.
What they display there is not the full refunded amount,but i dont wanna argue with someone like you.

yeah but the terrible part is that there's no way for you to find out if your links are broken unless you manually test everyone or have a script going onto the page and check the status. But using a script to go in isn't reliable as the servers become 404 very often so that way you'd get a lot of false positives from that as well, it's a mess if you ask me. You just have to hope your downloaders report the links as they are working their way through the downloads. No one answered my earlier quiestion, when do Datalife do their payouts or do i have to somehow request a payout? Thanks!
datafile refunds are real, they not doing any mass refunds as some people saying. not got any refund this month though got 1 in april. the other thing which surprises is, datafile gives refund even if sale/rebill is made several days before, say for example a 30 days rebill refunded after almost 20 days.

if in ppd plan then not get sale/rebill. but if the user clicked the link from your approved sites then can 5% of it.
