Im encounter sometime that our database... it saying database error... it is normal?

Posting a quick reply does it, then you click post click reply a second time and it informs you that it's a duplicate of a post you already made within the last 5 minutes.

happened when I was quick replying my own thread and I was the last poster in that thread.
