Thank you Didee.

Funxlab, the backups will be automated. All users on the server will be backed up including clients of resellers.

Here is what I bought yesterday:

I second didee. Problems occour in every host and most of them run away. But this guy is really patient.Answered my endless queries.Rectified errors ASAP and clarified every doubt that i had. Guyz if you are looking for a good host go with daring. Besides what do u expect at such cheap rates? That all your data will be backed up? For christs sake grow up and take responsibility of your own shit.(yea backup yourself) ..
Btw daring is it really what it seems to be? I hope you arent planning to backup all your servers data in your local machine? lMao whats your connection speed? :P 1gbps ? :P

I will never run away from Daring Host or WJunction. I would not waste your time running Daring Host for over 1 year to just leave suddenly over a problem. Just like every problem you face, you learn from it. I learned as a web host that back ups are needed. Hard drives can and will fail at ANY time. Now that the problem is solved Daring Host can and will grow. We will recover from this and be back and better then ever.

Daring I trust u and believe you. I never faced any probs wth u. And its responsibility of site owner to take regular backups.

Daring host will never runaway as I am there early customer since they started selling their service here.

Thank you

Hey Daring. I think there's an all around error either with Apache, or caching.

Whenever I install WP or any forum software, I usually get the Index Of/ page for hours.

It took me 4 hours of redoing that one account, and finally I realized the caching was the error, it was always 1 install behind. But I don't know what exactly could be the error.

@Alan currently I'm sure Daring is taking a well deserved nap, he and I both have been up for hours upon hours waiting and hoping that things would be back up. So I'd suggest opening a ticket, JUST ONE, and I know he'll get to it as soon as he can.

So far so good though. I know everything is slow due to all of us getting our stuff back online as fast as we can. So let's all have fun :D

Edit:
Oh look I see Daring is online. Thanks for making me a liar bud. Hahahahahaha.

Alan, I just saw your email and I have replied and sent you your cPanel information. Please let me know if you've gotten it.

And unfortunately Zaetix is correct. We've both been pretty much up for over 24 hours. I will still be up continuing to work. If your account is still not up please open a support ticket.

It is not possible to recover. No. The hard drive it's self was deemed dead, and so we had to get a new one. The data was unrecoverable, and so we start from scratch. I'm working with Daring to set up a redundant backup for every user as well as him doing his personal backups.

I hope to have all of this done soon so this can't happen again.

If you mean that you have to start from scratch, then yes.

If you have any backups, I might could help you restore them, but I make no guarantees. But yes it is unfortunate that we lost the data.

As I said earlier, Daring and I are working on setting up some redundant backups for everyone so this can be avoided.

@Daring,
Please check, when I am trying to install DLE it says "Error connecting to mysql" though Database n user is already created n assigned. MySQL isn't installed or enabled ?

2nd installing some scripts (not all) from Softaculous gives following error message:

The following error occured:

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.
