When have we had issues with our server? We upgraded MySQL to provide better performance for our clients. Are you even one of my clients? It looks like your first post ever on this forum was what your just posted... If you are a client and are having issues then I'd appreciate it if open a support ticket and not post in a sales thread.

On our servers we run software called Cloud Linux. Cloud Linux gives each user account a certain amount of CPU and ram that it can use up. When the account as used up all of it's resources then it will start to throttle the amount of CPU or Ram the account is using. I have installed Cloud Linux to better our server. It makes sure that one or two users who abuse the server will not take it offline. This will provide much better uptime and fewer outages.

I believe you opened a support ticket about it. If that is the case I have just replied.

I have a this problem whit hosting, i can't log in to cpanel anymore:

And the site is not available:
