indeed ridiculous, sorry i like daring but i think it's time to move this cant continue, everyday day the same hour is down

I think in russia was never down, we only had the hardware problem but with this one in Ukraine is just hopeless
 
You guys need to relax. The owner isnt always online + this is just a sales thread. Open tickets on their main site and ask for help their. Also give him some time to fix it
 
What EVERYONE needs to realize. This is ONE person doing ALL of this. He can't be here 24/7. He needs SOME sleep at SOME point. I understand you are all getting exasperated, but if you haven't noticed, he's been here EVERY DAY for almost 2 weeks now (I should know, I've been here with him.) Give him some time get things fixed and solid. He isn't SuperMan (Or is he?)

All I have to say on the matter, the Netherlands Server is worth it if you're really sick of downtime. One of my sites has been on there and it has never been down. Just sayin.

My site and the server are not connected. They are hosted in complete different countries. If you wish to have your site moved to the Netherlands server, which you can read what Zertix said about then please let me know. If not, good luck in the future with your website.
 
It's true that Daring has always been here and he has always been very helpful with all of our problems. Lately he is having some problems with the server but i believe he is doing everything in his power to fix them. And now he is not backing up and he is giving us a choice to fix our problems with the NL server.
 
Well.. i think is time to looking for another hosting.. there are many problems here, its not good to my visits, my site and for me.. there r to many changes of servers.. 4 or 5 times to week need to send a ticket, 2 or 3 times you send me a new account information, changes to DNS, that mean 24-48hours!!! i need to work on site content, and not waste time cause of problems with the hosting. sorry but this isn't work

Sorry to have lost you as a client.
If you want to give us a try on the Netherlands server, you are welcome to.

If not, good luck in the future with your websites.
 
I want to point out. ANY TIME you are moved to a new server you can access your domain by the IP/~cpanelusername.
I have no clue why you can't work on content while DNS is down. Unless you weren't aware of this.

I'm sorry you feel the need to move. We've only moved you ONCE forcibly, the rest was voluntarily. You could have stayed on the NL server in the first place.

Just offering what I know.
