CSS not loading

I have strange problem today, my CSS don't load even in the ACP, I really did restore to database from backup and reuploaded the files but nothing happens.

Does this is hosting issue or what ??!!

I guess this one were a bite hard because non replied to it, anyway it was hosting issue and it is fixed now.

Mods may close this.
