Creating my first Celeb Website

Hey guys.

Im thinking about to create a celeb website. On that site i will provide filesonic links to videos from female celebs (sexy videos, nude videos etc.). Im not a noob but i dont really know where to start.

I have no idea if it will work out good, so at the beginning i want it to be as cheap as possible. So these are the things i need:

- Domain (probably coasts, are there any free domains?)
- Hosting (probably free hosting at the beginning)

anything more?

I often read something about wordpress scripts here. Can somebody tell me what that is? My website is no forum and no blog. Is such a script something for me?

ok how is that. ipage.com offers domain and hosting for 3$ a month. Would that be ok to beginn with?
