Create Playlist in android

Can any one create playlist an android phone from windows ?

It depends on which phone? If you have a samsung phone, you can use KIES and sync the music. There are additional software which require to install an .apk and a .exe in windows to sync your music and playlists.

Or you could just create a playlist file, make sure all your music is in the same folder as the playlist and then just mass storage and paste all your data and you can open a playlist.

Click each song and then addtoplaylist is more difficult
so only i need windows software to create playlist
