Converting VIDEO_TS Folders Into ISOs on CentOS

So I have a CentOS server, and I'm wondering if there is any way I can convert the VIDEO_TS folders (or I suppose whatever the folders are called that contain the VIDEO_TS folder, since sometimes there's also an AUDIO_TS folder or something) into a disc image (.iso) using command line (or a web interface, I suppose). I don't want to shrink it, don't want to strip anything, I just want to make a full 1:1 conversion.

You mean .vob to ISO? Thats what the VIDEO_TS has inside of them. Nero can do that for you

Is there a way to install Nero on CentOS, and to run it from command line?

Essentially I'm looking to be able a DVD9 disc image from the folders it would have inside it. It would then be a playable DVD if you burnt it to a disc and put it in a DVD player.

It isn't a "conversion"...

You don't "convert" VOB files to ISO, you *PACK* VOB files into an ISO.
So go google how to create such an ISO in linux and simply pack it with your files.

Using poweriso, you can create an iso image of folders/files (a simple commandline interface)

http://www.poweriso.com/poweriso-1.3.tar.gz

Remember that you "can't convert" that folder into iso, but you "can create" an iso image by packing that folder into it.

I'm sorry if I've failed to find the answer on Google, I've tried but all I really know is that I want to "Pack"** (thank you for the clarification) folders into an ISO.

I really hate to be a stupid pain in the ass. I swear to god, I'm not lazy, I just don't know much about all this, and (at the moment) am too busy to start teaching it to myself.

I've SSHed into my server, then:

# wget http://www.poweriso.com/poweriso-1.3.tar.gz
# tar zxf poweriso-1.3.tar.gz

Now I have a file called simple "poweriso" in the "root" folder of my server (yay, and thank you all for the help so far!!).

Now, I have a DVDR folder in "root". And the folder is named "Dead.Like.Me.Season.1.Disc.1".
So essentially, I want to pack "root/Dead.Like.Me.Season.1.Disc.1" into a DVD9 iso (so just make it into an ISO, no compression or anything.

Their website has this tutorial on creating disc images from command line. However, it's for Windows, and I'm an idiot so I'm finding it somewhat confusing anyways.

Without having done anything other than downloading and unpacking PowerISO, what command(s) do I need to use to pack that folder into an ISO?

Are the commands:

# piso create -o /root/Dead.Like.Me.Season.1.Disc.1.iso -add /root/Dead.Like.Me.Season.1.Disc.1

??

Or what do I have to change (I'm sorry, but if you could actually give me what the final command would be I'd be absolutely over the moon with appreciation)?

So, I can get it to work with DVD9s, but I can't get it to work with Blu-Ray Disc images...does anyone know how to do that with mkisofs? Or does anyone know a program that'll do it for Blu-Rays?
