hahaha, well there is this tech thing that can scan that image then turn it into text, that should requires you a sophisticated technology. and i suggest that you should just lose hope or start typing this thing manually,hehehe

You can convert image to text with OCR Software.

OCR is your best bet but it is costly. Better type and complete those jobs yourself or hire a typist.

i think it is the best way to convert image to text with c# OCR recognition. using an an image app will save a lot of time instead of manually rewrite again. here is what i am suggesting. hope it is useful to you.
