Content Posting template?

Is there a way to edit the WP files so that when someone starts a new post it automatically has text in the
[SLIDE]http://i2.lulzimg.com/b319815b0f.jpg[/SLIDE]

So to make it something like this:
[SLIDE]http://i2.lulzimg.com/3975c27050.jpg[/SLIDE].

I want the admin-wp file post to automatically have that text in every blog started.
