Our server HDD failed due to which RDP was constantly rebooting. We are currently taking back-ups and will re-install Windows. ETA to have your accounts / data back - 2 Jul 2017. All users will be compensated accordingly by service extension.

Hello, for around an hour our server was stuck due to abuse by one user. We had to reboot the server and ban this user; user also ended up spreading some viruses on the server which were cleaned and server rebooted again. We apologize for multiple reboots. The user is now banned from our services.
