Hiring Coder for Pre-Database

Hey guys.

I need some help here. I just started to learn HTML and CSS, so this is way out of my reach.

Anyways, I am looking for someone to help me code a PreDB. So many of my fav DB's have disappeared and it's too sad, so I thought I'd create my own.

I have an IRC source that announces release names, nukes, unnukes, file size, genre and nr of files. I need a coder that can:

1. Design the PreDB (I lack creativity and have tried 7 times to make a good design... all of which are useless.)

2. Integrate the IRC.

3. Make a page specifically for me where I can manually enter release names, file size, genre, nr of files, nuke reason etc. for previous releases so that I can have a complete DB.

More info to be provided; especially towards how I want the site to look.

My budget is flexible, I really don't know how hard coding this is, but I'll prolly pay the lowest bidder.


P.S. A huge thanks to WJunction for creating this section on the forum. I've been looking for a place to ask for coders for 2 weeks and was beginning to give up :D

I've been waiting for a place to put the project for 2 weeks, so yeah, I'm impatient to get started. And I'll pay some extra bucks for someone that codes fast.
