if its for 10000 downloads...u r giving only 1.5 $ for 1000 US Traffic...for 1-250mb file size

thats very very low rates as compared to any other host

rates are for 10,000 downloads, and that is correct for now rates are better for larger files.
we maintain stable service, pay on time and smaller files are easier to abuse.
