18 drives doesn't mean 18users, You Got some misunderstanding dear.
We have some extra drives for our personal use. We'll try to keep 14-15 users in a server. Don't worry about the service.

And About your provided screenshot, Upload speed depends on filehost's server also. If you upload to a USA based filehost, You Will Get Slow Speed.

And If you have any problem with Our Service, Make a Support Ticket in our Portal. You'll get the solution sortly.

they says they had to reinstall windows server so we should wait about some 1-2 days.

Sorry for the sudden downtime, The downtime was happened by affecting Some Malwares in our server, So We need to Reinstall the Windows. Now all is OK. Extra 2days has been added for this downtime to all current user's accounts.

they says they ve got a hardware problem. They says it will be fixed soon. So They started to mail news. Its better if we can know issue so we can wait. (wait = waitable wait)

We are extremly sorry for the RDP server problem. Our Server is back online now.
Now the there is a hardware fault of our server in Datacenter. The Datacenter is now Replacing the server.
As soon as We get the new server, We Will mail you the new RDP details.
